Strawberry parfait - easy venetian homecooking recipe
Hi everybody! High season has indeed started and time to cook is not so much, but this dessert is so easy, quick and most of all delicious that I couldn't resist sharing it...
- 250g milk cream
- 250-300g strawberries
- 4 tbsp sugar
Firmly whip the cream with 2 spoons sugar; gently wash and chop the strawberries, then mix them, in a separate bowl, with 2 spoons sugar. Add the strawberry sauce to the whipped cream, spoon by spoon. Pour the cream into a plum-cake mould (if you don't use a silicone one, I suggest coating it with cellophane film) and store it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. When serving, you can decorate with strawberry sauce. Perfect Springtime treat!
