This modern, bright and freshly renovated apartment is located in sestiere Cannaregio, along the peaceful fondamenta Sant'Andrea, a few meters from palazzo Albrizzi-Capello (seat of the German cultural institute). It's definitely a strategic location which is less than 10 minutes on foot from Rialto Bridge, therefore very close to the centre, but also conveniently located to reach the Fondamente Nuove pier (the boarding quay to the lagoon islands like Murano, Burano and Torcello) and also at about 15 minutes on foot from the railway station.

This quiet street is also close to the lively Strada Nuova, the main street linking Rialto area to the railway station, offering plenty of shops, groceries, restaurants and water-bus stops. The splendid Ca' d'Oro palace lies at just 5 minutes on foot. The majestic Gesuiti church, with its impressive interiors, is a must to visit in the neighbourhood, as well as the unique Miracoli church (one of the few Venetian Renaissance examples) and the magnificent SS Giovanni e Paolo church and square, where it's such a pleasure to stop for a coffee or a spritz, in one of the open-air cafés.

The apartment is 60 sqm in surface, it sleeps 2 and it's located on the 1st floor. A bright entrance corridor welcomes you and leads you to a modern living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, a dining table and a fully equipped and brand-new kitchenette. Cooking a delicious meal will definitely be a pleasure! This sunny room open onto a lovely and cosy balcony, with an open view over rooftops. The ideal place to taste your aperitivo in peace, enjoying the sunset with a glass of prosecco. As per the sleeping arrangement, the apartment offers a spacious master bedroom with a queen bed, a large wardrobe and a tv. A small but sunny office room allows our guests to have a separate area to work or study. A modern and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and a small window complete this lovely flat.

A little plus: each room (including the bathroom) is equipped with mood lights and can be adjusted according to personal taste.
