Faq about our venice accommodations
We tried to answer here to the most frequent questions; don't hesitate to contact us for any further information!
- Do the apartments have a fridge and a stove?
- Yes, all apartments have at least 2 or 4 cooking rings and a fridge (that's why they're not mentioned in the description).
- Do the apartments have cooking ustensils?
- Yes, all apartments are equipped with a set of kitchenware.
- Is VAT included in the price?
- Yes.
- When is the high season?
- High season prices are applied during: Carnival's 2 weeks, Easter week, the 1st half of June, the Film Festival (approximately from the last week of August to the 10th of September), during Christmas Holiday (from 23rd December to 6th January).
- How to reach the apartment?
- Our booking confirmation letter will explain all details to reach the apartment from Santa Lucia railway station, Marco Polo apartment or piazzale Roma, as well as the telephone numbers of our staff.
- The welcoming service is included between 7 am and 8 pm, but I arrive later than that. How to gain access to the apartment?
- We organize the welcoming service also in later hours, with the following fee: 50€ for checking-in between 8pm and 1am, 70€ between 1am and 7 am.
- Do you rent apartments at Venice Lido?
- Yes, even if we don't have a catalogue, we can offer on request apartments at the Lido, expecially during the Venice Film Festival and for the beach season.
